This Biliteracy Cohort Series is for you!
Please join us for this inaugural year-long professional learning cohort. Through a combination of face-to-face and virtual sessions, sessions will provide participants with new learning, current research, collaboration with colleagues and the practical application of content material.
By the end of this biliteracy series, participants will be able to:
- Meet and chat with like-minded teachers about effective biliteracy instruction
- Use existing district resources to effectively plan for biliteracy instruction
- Try out new learning in the classroom and reflect in real time with a group
- Enhance their existing toolkit of biliteracy strategies
- Feel equipped to advocate for effective dual language and bilingual programming

Educators who are responsible for biliteracy instruction in their districts, including but not limited to:
- Transitional Bilingual Program
- One Way Dual Language Program

This cohort is ideal for:
- new staff
- educators and instructional leaders hoping to develop or refresh their foundational understandings of biliteracy instructions
